We do not accept unauthorized returns of hair extensions or any other product. If you receive your purchase and you are in anyway unhappy with it, please contact us. Please also note, once the hair has been removed from its original packaging or any product that has been opened and used, we are unable to accept a return. If you have been authorized to return any product(s) it MUST be return in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of receipt. The postage is non- refundable. Please note that the returned item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore advise you send all returned items by registered or by signed/tracked postage that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive to us or are deemed lost by postage. No refund will be given for returned items that we do not received. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked postage service, they will be able to locate your item. Please contact them for help. We will issue a full product refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different length/colour if preferred. Pleasenote: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS OR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND IN ANY WAY TRIED ON OR USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN HYGIENE LEGISLATION AND OUR TERMS ANDCONDITIONS. The return of hair product is not accepted should the item show evidence of been opened or in any way tried on, used or worn. Upon quality inspection, should an item been returned to us in any of these stated conditions, we will not accept it and no exchange or refund will be issued. The returned items or products must be un-opened and in the same conditions as when you received it.All packaging and labels must be intact and in no way cut or damaged.All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon return.If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online provided it is in stock and return the original item in accordance with our terms and conditions for refund. If a discount was applied to your original order,the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.If you are not satisfied with any order or quality after the 7 dayperiod,we will not issue a refund.

SHIPMENT

Australian Domestic Customers:
We normally post out parcels by registered mail within 2 business days of payment being received.
Express post can be made if stated on your order. Note: not all destinations in Australia can receive express mail. Please check your local post office or call to enquire before placing an order for express mail.
Please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive, especially if you live in a remote area.

International Customers:
We will post by Registered mail. If you prefer other means, please inform us so that adjustment can be made before payment.
